"I called Joey on a Sunday morning (Father’s Day) for an emergency repair to our AC. Joey came out that morning and accessed our situation. He was thorough, informative and guided us in the right direction that was best for our needs. We ended up installing a new Carrier condenser and handler, which he was able to schedule the following morning. The product is amazing, quiet and was meticulously installed. "If I could give 6 stars I would. Joe came out right away and gave me an estimate on the work I wanted done (AC in my garage space, as well as disconnecting an old, unused water softener. Ken showed up first thing this morning, texting me first that he was on his way and that's always nice, when the communication stays pertinent and timely. Ken did the work and despite the hot weather, maintained his good sense of humor. I checked on Ken periodically to see how his progress was and I liked that I didn't have to stand over his shoulder to keep an eye on him, because he knew exactly what he was doing. Now I have a nice cool garage to work in, and the cost was fair and reasonable for the amount of work that went into it. Thank you!"
