Joey was great about communication. He got back to me right away and was very knowledgeable. I needed my outside air unit replaced and the condenser inside. He was able to schedule me an appointment right away. When a part I needed was sold out, they went above and beyond to get it to complete the job on the assigned day. The installer came and finished all the work same day ever though he was behind schedule. Upgraded my air system beyond what I imagined. I called Joey on a Sunday morning (Father’s Day) for an emergency repair to our AC. Joey came out that morning and accessed our situation. He was thorough, informative and guided us in the right direction that was best for our needs. We ended up installing a new Carrier condenser and handler, which he was able to schedule the following morning. The product is amazing, quiet and was meticulously installed. Joey of the company Iron Air came out and cleaned and sanitized all the ducts in my house. What a difference this makes in the quality of the air we breath inside our home. You would not believe what he got out of our ducts. I can tell you from now on I will have Iron Air on a regular basis come out and clean my ducts. Also he cleaned my dryer vent, When he went on the roof and brought me a mat of lent that had my dryer vent clogged I couldn’t believe what I saw. There is no wonder it was taking so long to dry our clothes. I bet all said I probably saved enough money in electric bills to pay for most of the job Joey did for us. THANKS IRON AIR! If you want a quality job at a great price I don’t think you can beat them.

They came out and replaced my faulty compressor and had the ax on within hours. Very fast response and a good price. No gouging. I recommend them and will use them again if need be. Only worry were the wires being exposed on the unit but they assured me they were weatherproof and should be fine.

I was very impressed with Joe's knowledge and quick response. I was already tired of dealing with handymen that wouldn't really fix the issue with my ac. Joe came and very boldly told me that my unit was too old to waste time and money. Even if repaired wouldn't guarantee the ac would run good. He also explained me that my current ac was too small for my house!!! So he gave me the best offer, a brand new ac, registered and guaranteed for 10 years. His team came the following day and not only installed it but they build a new base in the garage for the furnace that was sinking, and also disposed off the old one, without charging me extra. I will recommend Iron ac to anyone who wants to solve their ac issues quick and have the peace for mind that will be done properly and effectively. I really liked Joe's honesty and straightforward way. Thank you very much for your service! Ac up and running great

Very solid work done clearing out my dryer vent. I'm genuinely curious to see how much better my dryer performs now that it's got a clear vent. The tech was up and down off the roof a number of times making sure there was good airflow because each time a new clog came out and we both thought "that has to be it" there was another clog just beyond it. The shop vac was proof of that.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Joe came out right away and gave me an estimate on the work I wanted done (AC in my garage space, as well as disconnecting an old, unused water softener. Ken showed up first thing this morning, texting me first that he was on his way and that's always nice, when the communication stays pertinent and timely. Ken did the work and despite the hot weather, maintained his good sense of humor. I checked on Ken periodically to see how his progress was and I liked that I didn't have to stand over his shoulder to keep an eye on him, because he knew exactly what he was doing. Now I have a nice cool garage to work in, and the cost was fair and reasonable for the amount of work that went into it. Thank you!

Joe was amazing. He made time to come over after hours to check the unit. I thought it was one thing and he found a dead snake on the outside unit. He handled it perfectly. I hate snakes and I never had to look at it once. He disposed of it and checked the unit afterwards to ensure all was well. He let me know other helpful services to consider and what he offered. I have a 1 year old AC system that was shutting off due to a low voltage issue. The installer was terrible and did not want to bother with troubleshooting the issue. They did not stand behind their install. I decided that I would rather not deal with the installer any longer, and instead reached out to Iron Air for a service estimate. Iron Air called me soon after I submitted my request through Thumbtack. Joey took the time to review the issue over the phone and said he would come over Monday Afternoon (it was Saturday when I first contacted them). Right away, I felt comfortable knowing someone would actually come by and take the time to troubleshoot the issue. Sure enough, Joey came by, discovered a short in the HPC sensor, and repaired the issue. It has been 10 days and my AC is working well and blowing cold air. I will only use Iron Air from now on.
